Combination creates a single source for professional automotive aftermarket glass repair and replacement; Bill Castleberry moves to the Board to lead strategic growth

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich., Nov. 5, 2026 — Burco Products, a manufacturer of mirror glass and related products for the automotive aftermarket, today announced that it has completed the acquisition of Delta Kits, Inc., the Eugene, Oregon–based provider of professional windshield repair systems, headlight restoration products, tools and supplies. Burco also announced that Bamidele Ali has been named Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately. Bill Castleberry, who has served as President, will transition to a Board role focused on strategic growth, in partnership with the Office of the CEO.

Burco and Delta Kits serve the same professional customers from different sides of the job: Burco supplies mirror replacement products, and Delta Kits supplies windshield repair systems and headlight restoration products. Together, the companies give shops a single source for the right solution for every piece of damaged automotive glass. Shared sourcing, manufacturing, warehousing and logistics are expected to improve efficiency, product availability and speed to market, while Delta Kits' experience training and supporting repair technicians, paired with Burco's manufacturing expertise, will accelerate new product development.

"Delta Kits is a natural fit for Burco," said Bamidele Ali, Chief Executive Officer of Burco. "We both serve the professionals who keep drivers' glass safe and clear — Burco on the replacement side, Delta Kits on the repair side — and together we can give them a more complete toolkit. What excites me most, however, is the people. Both companies were built by teams who take pride in their craft and treat every customer as a long-term partner. We intend to bring new ideas to market and make Burco the partner of choice for every glass professional. I am proud to join this team and look forward to building what comes next together."

"Bringing Delta Kits into Burco is exactly the kind of growth we have been working toward," said Bill Castleberry, Burco's outgoing President. "Both organizations were built on quality products, customer service and long-standing relationships, and together we are well positioned for what comes next."

Customers can expect business as usual. Orders, contacts and support will continue without interruption, and over time customers will gain access to the full combined portfolio, along with new products and services to be announced. Vendors should continue working with their existing Burco or Delta Kits contacts and following current ordering, invoicing and shipping procedures unless notified otherwise.
